Metro Manila, Philippines - In October, our Recruitment Services Hub, the core of our recruitment solution, held their Townhall Event which brought the team together to celebrate wins and connect as a team.
The Recruitment Services Hub kicked off the townhall with an opening Prayer. Followed by a fun icebreaker, designed to help everyone feel more comfortable and foster a sense of connection right from the start.
Transitioning into the Rewards and Recognition segment, the team took a moment to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the recruitment team members. This part of the town hall was dedicated to recognizing those who have gone above and beyond, contributing to our collective success. It was an opportunity to acknowledge individual efforts and highlight the outstanding work happening across the team.
The Recruitment Services Hub Director, Cleo Aganon, took the floor to share her thoughts and reflected on the incredible progress and milestones the team achieved together, highlighting the team's dedication and resilience. She also looked ahead with excitement, discussing the bright future in store for the team.
