Manpower (Philippines), represented by Rommel Roque, President and CEO, Frederick Caedo, Executive Assistant and Head of Marketing, and Nilo Jimenez, Director - Fully Managed Services, recently traveled to Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro where they were warmly greeted and welcomed by attendees from the city government and local schools and universities.
The highlight of the visit was the MOU signing and collaboration with the City Government of Calapan City, local schools and universities, with the aim to support the creation of an ecosystem that allows for student internships and employee trainings locally and abroad which will result in an avenue to achieve dignity through work and update skills for the demands of today’s business environment.
Calapan City is the capital of Oriental Mindoro. Based on the 2020 census, Calapan City has a population of 145,786 people. The city is known for seaside resorts and eco-tourism due to it's two mangrove parks.
