The Global Talent Barometer is an initiative that gives the workforce a chance to express how they feel about the current workplace landscape, as well as their hopes and expectations for the future.

These insights will help shape more meaningful, inclusive, and resilient work experiences for all.



ManpowerGroup asked workers and crunched the numbers and found that the Global Talent Barometer Score sits at 66%. 

Well-Being: 65%, Purpose is up, but stress is high, especially for Gen Z & blue-collar workers. The cost of poor retention? $18K+ per lost employee. 

Job Satisfaction: 59% – Mid-career talent, especially women, are undervalued. Organizations investing in manager development see up to 28% productivity gains. 

Confidence: 73% – Despite uncertainty, employee confidence is growing. Now’s the time to reinforce what’s working: trust, work-life balance, and growth.
