On September 20, we hosted an exciting Excel training session at Strata 2000 that truly brought our recruiters together for an interactive learning experience. Participants were reintroduced to essential Excel skills, exploring a variety of topics that laid a solid foundation for future mastery:

• Terminologies: We broke down key concepts like the difference between workbooks and worksheets, cell references, and the distinction between functions and formulas. This knowledge is crucial for navigating Excel with confidence!
• Shortcut Keys: Our trainers introduced powerful desktop shortcuts that can save time and enhance productivity—because who doesn’t love a good shortcut?
• Formulas: Attendees learned to differentiate between static and dynamic formulas, equipping them to handle data more effectively.
• Common Functions: We covered a range of basic to intermediate functions, making data manipulation a breeze.
• Pivot Tables: Participants discovered the art of data analysis through pivot tables, unlocking new insights from their data.
