Jobseekers should focus on clear and  concise answers that highlight relevant skills and experience. It’s equally important to listen carefully and engage naturally in the conversation. Good communication reflects both competence and emotional intelligence.

Interviewers can tell when a candidate is genuinely interested. Expressing enthusiasm for the role and sharing authentic experiences makes the discussion more memorable. Sincerity builds rapport and helps the interviewer envision the candidate as part of the team.

A thoughtful thank you leaves a lasting impression. It reinforces professionalism and appreciation, two traits that employers may remember throughout the recruitment process.
